Welcome to this new 1-hour All Levels Shotokan Karate class to follow! Today we will practice some basic Kihon around Zenkutsu Dachi, Kokutsu Dachi and Kiba Dachi, then we will move to some Jyu Kumite (free sparring) techniques, and we will finish with the practice of the 2nd basic Kata, Heian Nidan.
