Road Trip to The Isle Of Skye 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🚐🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 On this (solo) road trip I wanted to see Clachan Duich Burial Ground in Kintail, take the wee 9 mile detour up the Ratagan Pass to Glenelg, stopping by the best road sign EVER (pause to see it at 2.57), get some aerial shots o the ruins o Glenelg Barracks, take the last manually operated turntable ferry in the world the MV Glenachulish over the sea to Skye, head to Portree for a quick shot o the toon, get a vid o the waterfall at Kikt Rock, be the only person standing on top of one of the hills at The Old Man of Storr, drive through the EPIC landscape of the Quiraing (stopping only for a minute to get a quick shot o said EPIC landscape) and finally to see the sun goin doon at Neist Point Lighthouse. And I did it. Some fowk dinny like Skye coz it’s too crowded. It was a wee bit busy at The Old Man o Storr but if you choose where you’d like a wee seat or even just a selfie there’s plenty places to do that, as I did. To be the only person standing on the hill at Neist Point as the sun went doon was AMAZING 💛🌅💛 What a day What a place Another #vandabeedozee road trip 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🚐🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
