Hi friend, welcome back to my channel. Join me as I make rice meals for the Starch Solution. I think it’s so important that you learn how to make healthy starches (like rice) in different ways so you never get bored of your meals. So today, I’ve dedicated a full day of meals to eating rice! What is YOUR favorite rice dish? Share below! Products mentioned: Nutr Machine https://thenutr.com/products/nutr-2-0... Breakfast: White rice with cinnamon, sugar, soy milk, and cinnamon. Lunch: 🍄Stuffed Mushrooms with Veggies and Rice 🍄 Ingredients: Diced zucchini Diced bell pepper Diced red onion Portabello mushrooms (or similar) Cooked white rice Smoked paprika powder Garlic powder Cumin Oil-free hummus Directions: Air fry or bake your zucchini, pepper, and onion at 400 degrees for 30 min. Add all of your ingredients to a mixing bowl and give it all a stir with 2 tbsp of hummus (spices are about 1 tbsp each but you can use as much as your heart desires) Stuff your mushrooms with your mixture Pop your mushrooms in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 min. Serve and enjoy! 😋 🍄Mushroom Tempura 🍄 Ingredients: 1 container of white mushrooms (chopped into small pieces) 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Smoked paprika 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Nutritional yeast 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of flour ½ cup of breadcrumbs Directions: Mix all of your batter ingredients (spices, water, flour) in a large mixing bowl When your batter is ready, add in your mushrooms and fully coat your mushrooms with the batter When your mushrooms are coated, sprinkle your breadcrumbs over them Add your mushrooms to your parchment paper lined air fryer basket (I recommend using your hands) Air fry your mushrooms at 400 degrees for 10 minutes Flip your mushrooms after 10 minutes and pop them back in at 400 degrees for another 5-10 minutes (I would eyeball them to make sure they’re cooked to your liking) Remove from your airfryer, serve, and enjoy! 😋 Join my FREE Starch Solution group here! https://fullandfulfilled.slack.com/jo...
