Hepatic Focal Fat Sparing || Ultrasound || Case 173 Clinical Features: A middle-aged diabetic male patient came with nonspecific abdominal pain. Ultrasound Features: Homogeneously hyperechoic hepatic parenchyma with mild sound beam attenuation with well visualized intrahepatic vessels & diaphragm. Small areas of hypoechogenicity compared to the adjacent hepatic parenchyma are seen at the medial segment of the left hepatic lobe (segment IV) without any compression or displacement of adjacent vasculature.
