I was preparing food for the upcoming days, having already planned the menu and gotten everything ready for that week, from the 22nd to the 25th. For Sunday, I'll be serving Top Sirloin and steamed frozen Green Beans. From Monday to Wednesday, I’ll be making Dry Beans. I’ve already soaked the Navy Beans to slow cook on Sunday evening, cooking all night and all day until they’re tender. Tuesday’s plan is dried Mayocoba Beans, which I’ve never eaten or cooked before. I found them in the grocery store, and it made me think, "Go ahead, do that.' Wednesday will feature Pinto Beans. All the dried beans will soak overnight, then cook overnight and all day in the slow cooker the next day. For meat, Monday will be Pork Boneless Ribs; Tuesday will be Chicken Breast; Wednesday will be Turkey Breast. The meat will be cooked on the indoor grill.
