Join me on an unforgettable overland adventure through Morocco, travelling entirely by public transport — Part one: from the coastal charm of Tangier to the bustling heart of Casablanca, and finally the vibrant magic of Marrakech. If you’re planning a trip to Morocco, curious about train travel in Morocco, or love slow travel and independent overland adventures, this video gives you an honest, first-hand look at Morocco’s cities, culture, and hospitality. 📍 Day 1–3: Tangier I start my Moroccan journey in Tangier, exploring the Grand Socco, Kasbah, Phoenician Tombs, and the famous Café Hafa overlooking the sea. Strolling through the souks and along the Tangier beach, I soak up the city’s Spanish-Moroccan atmosphere before boarding the train south. 🚆 Tangier to Casablanca Taking Morocco’s modern train network, I travel overland to Casablanca in just a few hours. Once there, I wander the Boulevard Mohammed V, visit the Hassan II Grand Mosque — one of the largest mosques in the world — and enjoy a drink at the iconic Rick’s Café, inspired by the classic film Casablanca. 🏙️ Casablanca Impressions: This is a city of energy, markets, and industry — from fabric stalls to the lively fish market, it’s a fascinating look at Morocco’s modern side. 🚄 Casablanca to Marrakech Next, I hop aboard the Marrakech Express, travelling through fertile plains and desert landscapes to reach the legendary Red City. In Marrakech, I stay in a traditional riad in the Kasbah. ✨ Highlights in this video: Tangier Souk & Kasbah Café Hafa & Phoenician Tombs Train travel in Morocco (ONCF) Casablanca’s Hassan II Mosque Rick’s Café Arriving Marrakech
