The exiled former President of the Central African Republic - Francois Bozize has expressed disappointment at the decision by the electoral commission to omit his name as candidate for this month's election. Speaking from his hotel in Uganda's capital Kampala, Bozize accuses his opponents of sabotage.The electoral commission in the CAR says Bozize did not register for the elections, claims he denies. Bozize says this will not deter his efforts to advocate for democracy and the rule of law. The former president has also been accused of stoking violence that led to several deaths in the capital Bangui since september, which he denie. Bozize has been exiled for two years after he was forced out by the seleka rebels. The UN slapped travel bans and asset freeze against him
