Back in my homeland Ghana, we enjoy this hearty soup with fufu which is a starchy/ doughy dish. You may tailor the recipe to your preference, especially in terms of the amount of chili included. I did so by adding my secret ingredient guajillo chili which brings a lovely chili flavor without the heat. Enjoy! Ingredients: 2 pounds of skin on, bone in goat meat 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon ginger paste 1 tablespoon salt 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper 1/2 teaspoon of pepper soup mix (available on Amazon.com) For marinade: 1 guajillo pepper (available in Mexican stores) 1/2 red onion 2 habanero chilis 2 Serrano chilis 1/2 teaspoon of aniseed For creating broth: 3 fresh Roma tomatoes 1/2 red onion 2 garden eggs (equivalent of 1/4 large egg plant) small piece of ginger 1/2 fresh carrot 500 ml of water You need an additional 700ml of water to thin broth.
