The Work Force Management System for educational institutes provides exactly that and a lot more. Think tracking attendance, marking leaves, and paying salaries apart from a comprehensive productivity sheet. This software is a single solution for all your school Work Force Management needs. Every new teacher or any other staff can be enrolled to the Work Force Management System online portal. They will get a unique profile with a login ID and password. By using this ID, they will be able to punch in/out for the attendance to be tracked, apply leaves beforehand to get it approved, and get the detailed salary report. User and Admin User access is provided for teachers and other staff to apply leaves, enter their productivity reports, etc. But the admin has access to manage the productivity reports, leaves, payroll, etc. Profile The profile details of an employee of the institution, be it a teacher or other support staff, can be added in the Work Force Management. Different types of details such as personal, official, contact address, numbers, etc can be stored in the profile. Attendance Teachers and other staff can punch in to the biometric system to login for a day. Alternatively, they can also login to their Work Force Management account and punch in from the attendance menu. If a person misses punch for a day, the associated email id will get a notification mail after a couple of hours. As the work day ends in the evening, the same method can be used to punch out. On every Monday, each person will receive a notification mail about last week’s attendance. Attendance history is available from the web portal, and can be viewed on a monthly basis. The interface will have details such as Name, Employee Code, Designation and Department at the top and the punch details will be provided below. The punch details shown will include: •Date •Status (whether present, absent or if it was a day off ) •The punched in time and punched out time •The punched in time duration in hours and minutes All of these details will help in keeping an immaculate attendance detail from an employee as well as management perspective. Leaves The Work Force Management has the facility to manage leaves too. An employee will be able to drop in a leave application from the web portal. The leave application details include: •The date on which it is applied •The employee details •Leave type (is it a Casual Leave, A Medical Leave, An Earned Leave or a Loss of Pay) •Leave dates •Number of days leave is applied for •Reason for Leave •Contact address and contact number while on leave The page will show if you have any casual or medical leaves remaining. There is another sub menu under the leaves section which allows you to check the leave applied status. The school principal or department head will be able to approve or disapprove leaves for the teachers and staff reporting to them from their respective accounts too. Payroll Calculating the salary for employees is one of the major tasks for HR managers every month. They have to look at hours worked, number of leaves taken and other factors. By using the Payroll system from the Work Force Management solution, managing the salaries of teachers and other staff becomes less of a chore. It allows HR managers can generate digital payslips with consummate ease. The employees can view their salary details by logging in to their account in the web portal. Salary details can be retrieved on a monthly basis Productivity In order to gauge the performance a teacher, you need to know how productive the person has been. Granted, numbers and data alone may not be able to measure the value of a teacher, but it certainly is the most valid method. The Work Force Management software has a timesheet that allows teachers and other staff to enter their productivity reports on a daily basis according to the projects assigned. The principal or department head can assign different projects to teachers and other staff. Teachers/staff will be able to fill in the projects with different activities and the exact time spent for each projects. They can add or remove rows for activities. The time used for all the activities together for a day will be shown at the bottom of these rows. Just below that they will also get to see the punched hours. There is a feature called My Diary that will show how each of the employees’ days has been spent. Benefits The Work Force Management is helpful to both employees and the management.
