The U.S. Central Command said on March 13 that claims by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) that the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier had been rendered inoperable were false. Footage released by the U.S. military on Friday showed the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln conducting flight operations during Operation Epic Fury, the military name of the U.S. operation against Iran. No earlier versions of the video were found online before Friday, Reuters reported. The U.S. and Israel began attacks on Iran on February 28.
