This is a technique that one of my sewing friends used to get rid of dreaded drag lines on her sleeve. She has a forward ball of her shoulder and an elbow that's bent a little when it's resting straight. We tried a variety of things to adjust the armhole and sleeve cap. Then Audrey worked on shifting the fabric to the back as she pinned the underarm sleeve. The results are amazing (so is the shape of the sleeve pattern)!
