Let's jump into the recipe! 6 Cups Bread Flour 3 ts yeast 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups warm milk 1 egg 5 tablespoons melted butter Tangzhong: 50 g bread flour 250 ml milk Directions: First make the Tangzhong and set aside to cool (full video on YouTube) Next add your flour, yeast and sugar together. Add the milk, egg and the the Tangzhong. When it’s well combined, add the butter and knead until your dough passes the window pane test. Cover and let it double in size( about an hour depending on your location) Cut the dough into your desired shape ,brush with your egg wash and let it double in size again.
