And https://rstyle.me/+5BcXonOmBn-omIxLUL... • oura ring: https://rstyle.me/+0HWh2kEgJp1GFIk9Gl... 🍪 R E C I P E S : ~peanut butter thumbprint cookies~ I N G R E D I E N T S • 1 cup peanut butter • ⅓ cup maple syrup • 1 large egg • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ¼ tsp fine sea salt • ¾ cup almond flour Chocolate and/or jam of choice for the cookie filling (I used Hu Bars) D I R E C T I O N S 1.In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Add the peanut butter and mix until smooth. Stir in the almond flour until a soft dough forms. 2.Refrigerate the dough for 20–30 minutes so it firms up. 3.While the dough is refrigerating, preheat the oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie, roll into balls, and place on the tray. Use your thumb or the back of a teaspoon measuring spoon to press a well into the center of each cookie. 4.Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges look set and the bottoms are lightly golden. The cookies will still be soft. 5.Press a piece of chocolate and/or spoon a small amount of jam into each cookie well. 6.Let cool and enjoy! ~strawberry smoothie~ I N G R E D I E N T S 1 banana 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened 1 scoop strawberry or vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp chia seeds A few ice cubes D I R E C T I O N S 1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 2.
