This flavorful Chicken Achari Handi is one flavorful twist to your menu. #chickenacharihandi #creamychickenhandi #Chickenhandi Chicken Achari Handi Ingredients for Achari Masala: Nigella seeds 1 tbsp Fennel seeds 1 tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tbsp Dried fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Lemon juice 4 tbsp Ingredients for Chicken Achari Handi: Green chilies 9-10 Prepared achari masala Oil 1/4 cup Boneless chicken (cubes) 1 kg Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Onion (chopped) 1 cup Tomato puree 1 ½ cup Red chili powder 1 ½ tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Prepared dry achari masala 1 tbsp NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt 1 cup NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 pack Hot Water 1 cup Green Coriander (for garnish) as required Directions for Achari Masala Preparation: 1. In a grinder add nigella seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, dried fenugreek seeds, red chili flakes, red chili powder, and salt and grind it well. 2. Transfer it into a bowl and add lemon juice and mix well. set aside. Directions for Chicken Achari Handi Preparation: 3. Take green chilies and slit them to deseed. Fill them with prepared achari masala. Set aside. 4. In a pan heat oil, cumin seeds, onion, and fry until translucent. 5. Add boneless chicken and cook until color changes. Add tomato puree, dry achari masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and cook for 3-4 minutes. 6. Now add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt and cook until oil separates. Add stuffed green chilies, water, and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. 7. At last add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for 1-2 minutes. 8. Dish it out and garnish with green coriander.
