Why your bike fit takes more than one visit 🚴 Here's the truth: the position you leave with after your first session isn't your final fit—and that's intentional. Here's why: If we put you in your "perfect" position on day one, your body couldn't handle it. The change would be too drastic from what you've been doing for months or years. Our process: 1️⃣ First session - We understand your goals, capture baseline video, and make initial adjustments 2️⃣ Adaptation period - Your body adjusts to the new position (2-3 weeks) 3️⃣ Follow-up(s) - We capture new video, see how you've adapted, and dial in your final optimized position Depending on the type of fit you sign up for, you'll have 1-2 follow-up sessions included. Making incremental changes allows us to: ✓ Track what adjustments create what results ✓ Give your body time to adapt ✓ Identify if issues arise from the rider, bike, or equipment ✓ Actually get you to your best position (not just a theoretical one) The bottom line: Bike fitting takes time. Your body needs to adapt, and we need to see how those changes play out in real riding conditions. That's how we get you to a position that's not just optimized—but sustainable.
