I have not seen this done elsewhere. (That doesn't mean that it hasn't, but the tutorial people I follow have not done anything similar to date). The Rose Quartz stone is considered to be a healing crystal and is the stone of unconditional love and is thought to support emotional and relationship healing, inspire compassion and boost feelings of peace and calm. A tumbler can't do all of that, but it can mimic the look of it.
