Collecting souvenir stamps is a really fun (and free!) thing to do in Japan. In Tokyo and around Japan there are souvenir stamps at train stations (both the metro, overground trains and the shinkansen), tourist attractions, museums and some shops. There are even stamps at the airport! Everyone's welcome to stamp whatever you want as a souvenir - and it's free! I'd recommend collecting them in a stamp book. Mine's from Neko Neko Post (run by ‪@sharlainjapan‬ and her friend Ushka).
