Exploring the SPITSBERGEN wilderness with our 46ft sailboat

We are excited to share this documentary of our sail voyage to the arctic archipelago of Spitsbergen! In the summer of 2023 we sailed 7 weeks with our aluminum ketch Saraban'de around the island Spitsbergen, also known as Svalbard. We spotted a lot of wildlife such as polar bears, walruses, foxes, reindeer, dolphins, a humpback whale and thousands of birds. Next to that we enjoyed the stunning nature, breathtaking views, amazing colors, majestic glaciers and rough landscapes. Often we really thought we landed on the moon.
