Van Life Turkey - Visiting Cappadocia

Join us this week as we continue our VanLife Turkiye journey and head towards the beautiful Cappadocia region. Kieran was hesitant to visit but after coming here in 2022, I persuaded him it was definitely worth the trip! In this vlog you’ll see the first part of our week long stay. We loved moving to different park ups every few days to really get the best view points of the hot air balloons, which rise every morning from around 4.30am (weather dependent). Goreme is the main tourist town and where we savoured our first Chinese in almost 6months of being on the road (it was worth it!). We also enjoyed exploring the quieter town of Uchisar which is a little more affordable too. The hardest part was seeing the new litter of 8 Kangal puppies living on the mountains - but we made sure to keep popping back with food and water and got in touch with a local charity.
