However, you could try it with other peppers, just make sure sure they are sweet, very light and have a thin skin. Keep them moving in the oil for the whole time, or they'll burn very quickly! 2. Don't forget to save that beautiful oil that you'll have flavoured when frying the peppers - it will be delicious on the salad. 3. For the second salad, you could use any vinegar dressing you like, so feel free to experiment :) 4. Don't forget to save those juices from the oranges to add back into the salad towards the end - it'll give it that extra little flavour!
