Our patient is a female, 30 year old, healthy non-smoker. She presented with a deep and narrow gingival recession in the central incisor inferior. She was in the final stages of orthodontic therapy, but she did not do a very good job of clinical maintenance. And, because of that she had an aggressive form of inflammation around her gingiva, and a deep gingival recession (about 7 to 8 mm)…a Class III Miller's clinical situation.
