Graham balls are simple and fun to make. They make a fast and easy Christmas recipe or a snack for any time of the year. The great thing is, they are made with four simple ingredients. We use white chocolate chips in the centre of the Graham balls. I find they nicely balance out the flavours of the crushed Graham crackers and sweetened condensed milk. After the balls are rolled up, they are dredged in coconut flakes to (one of my favourites) which creates the perfect balance of flavours. You can use your favourite coating, as well. I am submitting the on behalf of myself. #doughnutholes#doughnutrecipe#grahamrecipe Ingredients: 1 cup of crushed Graham crackers 1/3 cup of sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips 1/4 cup of coconut flakes Method: Add the crushed Graham crackers and condensed milk to a bowl. Using a spatula or spoon, fold and mix until they are well combined and a sand mixture forms. Scoop up a heaping tablespoon of the mixture into the palm of your hand and roll it into a ball. Flatten the ball into a disk shape and place about 12 chocolate chips into the centre. Push down on the centre and fold the edges over the top of the chips. Roll it back into a ball again and roll it in the coconut flakes. Place the Graham balls in the fridge to set or serve them as is.
