In today's video we have thrilling news that came out late last night, and that is that the legendary Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha rider Eli Tomac is back on the bike and has confirmed his plan to make a return to racing. After a little bit of bad luck at Anaheim 1, at round 2 in San Diego we got to see a battle of the ages between veteran Eli Tomac & young phenom Jett Lawrence, in which the veteran came out on top, giving him the red plate & marking his first victory of the season and unfortunately his last. A few rounds later in Tampa Florida, disaster struck for Eli Tomac… While trying to put in a hot lap during qualifying he dabbed his leg on the face of a jump, which didn't look like a big deal but turned out to be a season ending injury. Although they werent certain of his injury after qualifying, he continued to race that night, limping to a 17th place finish. Come to find out after further evaluation he suffered a broken fibula that would require surgery, thus ending his 2025 Supercross title fight. Well here we are just 7 weeks after his surgery and he is back on the bike and gave us a return to racing timeline. Here’s the clip of his first ride back!
