I promise you this transformation is more than possible while staying natty—it just takes hard work. My diet was far from dialed in during my four years of lifting. I played two years of college golf and played golf and baseball in high school, so imagine what YOU could make happen if you put all your eggs in one basket. I hope this motivates y’all that it only takes 8–9 hours a week to make a transformation—and some may argue even less. Some of the early photos are from when I was 15.
