SCUBA Diving in the PHILIPPINES - The CHALLENGING REALITY about LIFE on MALAPASCUA

AND WE ARE BACK with a CORKER from the amazing Philippines. The first two weeks have been truly inspiring as we have travelled the islands of Cebu and Malapascua. Learning to scuba dive together was a humbling experience that took it's toll on both of our bodies, but rewarded us with memories that will last a LIFETIME. To follow on with some practical advice about how you can help those that need it in a simple and easy manner - Try not to spend ALL of your money at the expensive resorts! We all love the comfort and simplicity that comes with said establishments however your money will go further for both parties if you spend 30 seconds chatting to locals or seeking out the lesser visited vendors (who offer the same product albeit often with a lot more heart and responsibility). So many of our happy memories when travelling have involved getting a good deal and meeting a good soul too. We believe it makes for a more authentic experience and puts cash in the hands of those families that need it most.
