IDHA: Year in Review 2022

IDHA is a growing community of mental health workers, clinicians, psychiatrists, current and prior users of mental health services, advocates, artists, and survivors of trauma and adversity, who are interested in exploring the link between personal and societal transformation. We put together a short video to reflect on how we met the challenges of 2022, and the importance of a transformative approach to mental health, now more than ever. Through our trainings and community events, we collectively disseminated crucial knowledge about rights-based, peer-centered, and holistic approaches to healing and enabled critical dialogue among survivors, clinicians, activists, artists, family members, and more.
