UKCA Marking: The New UK Domestic Regime for Goods

The UK’s new product conformity marking, the UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking is the new product marking that will be required for goods being placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) from 1 January 2023. This webinar covers the general rules on how to correctly label your product for the GB market under the new regulatory regime. This will include use of the UKCA marking, importer labelling responsibilities and placing goods on the market in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The webinar was organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK, the UK Government Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy (BCCI) and with the contribution of BSI Group (the British Standards Institution).
