Sorry for a Halloween video in the beginning of Febuary But that Hoenn video was kind of beast and It need al the time I could spare to it tbh- but speaking of the 3rd generation. In that beast I discussed the impact gen 3 had on the series in terms of fan content. You know comics, video skits, fan game creation- I even went the extra mile to make my own type of this content for the video. So before move on from that thought why don’t we discuss the most infamous rom hack game of all fan created content…..Pokémon SNAKEWOOOD! Realesed in 2010 by a person only known by the alliance of Cultery. There’s not much known about the creator of this monster of a game, but from what I can gather from their own comments on the original pokecommunity page and this reddit AMA from over a decade ago (TAKE ALL OF THIS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT), Cultery was at the age of 14-15 to when they released this Hack of Pokémon Ruby, hoping to take the series in a more grim direction with a Zombie apocalypse sequel to original Ruby and Sapphire. Taking place 2 years after Brendan- (Uh Landon) had completed his journey and defeated the elite 4/champion......a bunch of wild crud happened! #gba #pokemon #romhack
