A Guide to Speed Picking (for Impatient People) - J.O.A.D.

▼▼▼ Llinks and info are here in the description! ▼▼▼ "Wow." Owen Wilson A Guide to Speed Picking (for Impatient People) - J.O.A.D. Subscribe to my channel:    / @protonaut   So here's my take on picking technique! "Why is this video so fast-paced?! Slow down a bit!" As the title says, this is a guide to picking for impatient people (like me). There are tons of excellent videos on picking technique out there, but I felt that a short and very comprehensive guide was missing. Feel free to rewatch any segment of the video or slow down its playback speed if you really need to. "What if I'm used to holding the pick differently?" As for all things said in this video, there is no objectively right or wrong way to play. The methods shown in the video work very well for me personally, but it's surely not the one definitive way to do everything. Do whatever works best for your playing. "Why are you using a seven-string guitar for the video?" Because I really enjoy playing it and my camera mount nicely fits onto its neck. "Can we download the tabs for the exercises somewhere?" You can download the tabs (along with 2 bonus exercises) here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?i... "What pick are you using?" I use the 2.5mm Badazz III from Chicken Picks. It's fantastic. As always, feedback and constructive criticism are more than welcome. Thanks for watching! J.O.A.D.
