This Drumline Cadence will take you through the journey of an Axolotl Showdown! This piece is inspired by my girlfriend as we came up with its name and its triplet groove. The triplet groove matches how axolotls have 3 gills on each side of their head. Section A hits you with the main theme of the piece which will fade into the first phase of the boss fight. The Axolotl Boss isn’t too happy with how much damage you have caused, so that means the music ramps up into a similar rhythm before the boss reaches its final phase.
