I visited the Sapporo Maruyama Zoo in Hokkaido. It is a popular zoo where you can see animals lively even in winter, including the polar bear exhibit. [How to get to Maruyama Zoo] 1. From Sapporo Station or Odori Station, take the Tozai Subway Line bound for Miyanosawa. 2. Get off at "Maruyama Koen Station" (Station T06). 3. From Exit 3, it takes about 15 minutes on foot to the zoo.
