#family #vlog #dezhou #shandong After almost 3 years, my father-in-law made the difficult decision to finally lay to rest Cherry's grandparents ashes (both grandpa and grandma) in Dezhou, Shandong Province. It's a city that's somewhat unfamiliar to most - including her grandfather who left it in his early teens to join the war efforts during World War II. Yet, it remains the city that his parents, Cherry's great-grandparents lived in for all their life and were finally laid to rest. So it'll be a city that we'll become more familiar with in the upcoming years ahead. I had reservations about filming such a private moment - though this channel has always been about remembering our life as a family and so here we are to remember what will always be a milestone moment to us.
