Mix chicken with all spices, oil, and dahi. 2. Cook for 20 minutes until chicken is tender and dry. 3. Cool the mixture completely. 4. Add filling to spring roll sheet and tie into a knot. 5. Freeze until firm. 6. Fry until golden and crispy. ✔️ Make-ahead friendly ✔️ Perfect Iftaar snack ⸻ 🌬️ Air Fryer Version (No deep frying, still crispy!) 1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. 2.
