Someone that a customer can not see, but can hear nearby. Most of these videos are of a one sided phone conversation, as if a manager or a coworker is "busy" on the phone, therefore you can't go get them, nor are they expected to come out of the office. These were made by me and my friends and family, in order to provide you some peace of mind. I used to work by myself. And I used to play YouTube vids to make it sound like someone was with me, but there was never a good video or sound clip to use, as most sounded like interviews or news anchors. I literally made these to keep you safe. If an ill-intended person comes into your workplace, if they hear a maintenance man or a chatty manager on a phone, they will most likely not see you as an easy target.
