This video is a full non-stop* top to bottom run at Keystone Mountain Bike Park via the Blue and Green Trails. Not my fastest runs down these trails but the only time where I did Top to Bottom non stop*. Typically we'd do 2-3 stops. 1 at Suz's Cruise (maybe), Where Eye of the Tiger meets Mosquito Coast and literally just to regroup at the start of Helter for the final run home. 20-minute green/blue descent at this pace - not bad huh? With no one holding me up until the last stretch! In fact, getting held up was really rare. Keystone is awesome for so many reasons. Heres a very similar run however instead of going down Eye of the Tiger we head out to do the full Suz's Cruise and Mosquito Coast: • Keystone Bike Park - Blues/Greens - Girl S... 0:00 - Girl Scouts (green), 4:11 - Suz's Cruise (green), 5:43 - Eye of the Tiger (blue - but more technical than it looks, let's say dark blue. Definitely one of our favourites to start the day and clear the cobwebs), 9:21 - Mosquito Coast (blue) 11:43 - Jackstraw Rd (green) 12:03 - Beans for Breakfast (green) 12:36 - Celtic Way (green) 15:35 - the kicker on Helter (black) / Bluegrass (green), 17:05 - River Run Trail (blue), 19:09 - Easy Street (green) 19:31 - and the skills park at the bottom so technically not non stop because I stopped after the mud patch on Eye of the Tiger because it flicked a big gob of mud right up onto my chest and face. Ironically none of it landed on the GoPro. However I was actually running two cameras side by side (the other camera copped it big time) which is why the GoPro is slightly off centre to the right. I was running 2 cameras as a project I'm doing to compare cameras and how they deal with the changing light conditions - (I never finished that project) Filmed on a GoPro Hero 7 black using Hypersmooth and a cheap chesty mount over my body armor.
