in this video I go over why you SHOULD NOT purchase a bmw until you have every bit of information and clarity and knowledge over these cars as this can be a major major downfall and why many many people give these cars a bad name majority of people buy these because there cheap and to look good and dont even have any skills or knowledge regarding these and then when it goes wrong say instantly BMW IS S**T that's the most common common answer for everyone my list of stuff you need to go over in this video are as followed 1: make sure the car has not been jet washed including ENGINE BAY bad for the electronics can cause electronic failure and wash off any leaks that may have happened or been addressed already on the engine do not expect the car when you arrive and be happy it looks clean under the bonnet THAT IS A BAD BAD sign if the engine is spotless 2: make sure you check the OBD PORT is not open that is a bad sign and usually is because the car had fault codes and they have tried to clear the codes from coming back before you purchased it ALWAYS ALWAYS CHECK THIS AND MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A SCANNER LIKE ISTA + OR AT WORST CARLY something for BMW THAT CAN READ BMW FAULT CODES AND SHADOW CODES 3: NEVER EVER let a trader or person know a time or date your coming and avoid giving to much detail about yourself on the phone do not make that person aware you are not clued up about cars people like people like that and will try there best to fob you off saying it had a leak and was repaired or the engine has always been super clean a super clean engine is a bad engine 4: NEVER EVER pay a deposit to hold the car for you if that person says they have others interested say ok that's fine if it goes before you get there it goes and you FIND another there is many many others out there if it wasn't meant to be its FOR A REASON
