Custard Filled Donuts Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs -Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp -Anda (Egg) 1 -Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) 1/4 Cup or as required -Makhan (Butter) salted 2 tbs (room temperature) -Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup -Cooking oil for frying -Cooking chocolate chopped ad needed -Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups -Cheeni (Sugar) 6 tbs or to taste -Vanilla essence ½ tsp -Custard powder 5 tbs -Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup Directions: -In bowl,add all-purpose flour,caster sugar,instant yeast,salt and mix well. -Add egg and mix until well combined. -Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed. -Add butter and knead well. -Gradually add all-purpose flour and knead again. -Cover and let it rest for 30-40 minutes. -Sprinkle all-purpose flour and knead until smooth. -Divide the dough into two equal parts. -Take one part,sprinkle dry flour and roll pit with the help of rolling pin. -Cut with the help if the cutter,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes or until double in size. -In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown. -Let them cool for 10 minutes. -In bowl,add cooking chocolate and microwave for 1 minute. -In saucepan,add milk and bring it to boil. -Add sugar,vanilla essence and mix well. -In bowl,add custard powder,milk and mix well. -Gradually add dissolve custard in milk,whisk continuously and cook until custard thickens faster. -Let it cool down. -In piping bag,add prepared custard. -To fill each donut,carefully crave a small opening in the side of each round,forming a cavity. -Fit a piping bag,fill with custard into each donut round then dip into melted chocolate & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs -Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp -Anda (Egg) 1 -Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) 1/4 Cup or as required -Makhan (Butter) salted 2 tbs (room temperature) -Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup -Cooking oil for frying -Cooking chocolate chopped ad needed -Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups -Cheeni (Sugar) 6 tbs or to taste -Vanilla essence ½ tsp -Custard powder 5 tbs -Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup Directions: -Bowl mein maida,bareek cheeni,khameer aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Anda shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein. -Makhan dal ker ache tarhan ghond ker lein. -Thora thora ker ka maida shamil kertay jayein aur dubara ghond lein. -Dhak ker 30-40 minutes kliya rakh dein. -Maida chirak dein aur smooth hunay tak ghond lein. -Dough ko do hisson mein divide ker lein. -Ek part lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein. -Cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes ya size double hunay tak rakh dein. -Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein. -10 minutes kliya thanda ker lein. -Bowl mein cooking chocolate dal ker 1 minute kliya microwave ker lein. -Saucepan mein doodh dal ker ubal lein. -Cheeni aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Bowl mein custard powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Thora thora ker ka dissolve custard ko doodh mein dal dein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur custard garha hunay tak paka lein. -Thanda ker lein. -Tayyar custard ko piping bag mein dal dein. -Donuts mein carefully side per cavity bana lein. -Piping bag sa donut ko custard sa bhar dein aur melted chocolate mein dip ker ka serve karein!
