Whitney Blake played George Baxter’s wife Dorothy on Hazel. She was already an accomplished actress by that time and appeared on several other TV shows throughout her career. Don Defore began his career as a stage writer and actor. He then moved on to earn roles in film and TV, including The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet and Hazel. Bobby Buntrock’s neighbors knew he’d be a successful actor from the moment they met him and convinced his parents to send his pictures to an agent.
