Made with few ingredients and the traditional way, it’s perfect to serve on its own, with cheese, in desserts, or even to sell as an artisanal product. 📌 Save this video, leave a like, and subscribe to the channel for more sweet recipes that will charm you! ✅ Ingredients: 2 kg ripe red guava 600 g granulated or refined sugar Juice of 2 lemons 400 ml water Seedless guava pulp (strained) 👩🍳 Preparation: Wash the guavas well and cut them in half, removing the seeds with a spoon. Blend the pulp with water and strain to remove any remaining seeds. In a large pot (preferably heavy-bottomed), add the blended pulp, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan (cutting point). Transfer to a greased dish or one lined with parchment paper. Let cool at room temperature until firm. Cut into pieces, package, or serve as desired. 📦 Yield: Approximately 1.2 kg of finished guava paste. ❄️ Storage and Shelf Life: Room temperature (cool place): up to 20 days Refrigerated (in a tightly sealed container): up to 30 days Perfect for selling in bars or jars with an artisanal label!
