This video demonstrates endoscopic surgical resection of a malignant melanoma located in the left nasal cavity. The patient presented with unilateral nasal obstruction and intermittent epistaxis. Nasal endoscopy revealed a dark pigmented mass in the left nasal cavity, suspicious for mucosal melanoma. Using endoscopic techniques, the tumor was resected en bloc with adequate surgical margins. Tissue samples were sent for histopathological confirmation. The goal of treatment is complete tumor removal, minimizing recurrence, and guiding the need for adjuvant therapy such as radiotherapy or immunotherapy.
