Shake-tember is about engaging with the Bard – through plays, biographies, retellings, adaptations, and critical works. In this video, I share my approach to ShakeTimber in two parts: 1. Accessibility to Shakespeare – editions, guides, retellings, and biographies that make his works easier to enjoy. 2. Deconstructing Shakespeare – books that reinterpret Shakespeare through cultural, political, and feminist lenses. Let’s celebrate the timeless genius of William Shakespeare together! Share your ShakeTimber TBR in the comments below!
