Published by Sega and released in 2001, Yu Suzuki Gameworks Vol. 1 is a book that documents and details Yu Suzuki's early arcade hits including Space Harrier and Outrun. The book is lovingly presented in honour of Suzuki and features many beautiful illustrations of arcade cabinets, blueprints and office spaces presumably used by Suzuki and his AM2 team. There are numerous articles and various bite-size chucks of info to digest as well as a chapter on the man himself. Additionally the book also includes a Dreamcast GD-ROM containing virtually arcade perfect ports of Hang-On, Space Harrier, Outrun, Afterburner II and Power Drift. Despite being presented in Japanese this book makes for an ideal collector's item particularly for Suzuki and Sega fans. However, due to a limited print run, it can be difficult to acquire and may not be particularly cheap either. I do not own, nor stake claim to, any copyrights related to the material in this video.
