Yet too often our leaders impose costly, divisive and city-focused policies on regional communities, threatening their future. It will not be the wealthy, inner-city elites who demand destructive policies like net zero that will face their livelihoods being destroyed, rather it is families and small businesses in the outer-suburbs and regions who pay the price.
