First time making 4X4's on the saw mill, started with a 12X8 Cant and proceeded to cut it down to two 12X4 boards, rotate then cut down 4 inches and then again 4 inches. this process sped up the cut by pinching the two 12X4 boards together but may have not made them perfectly even. lesson from this was to just take the time and make each cut individually.
