Andrew Peterson introduces and then turns loose the group of bluegrass heavyweights he is unabashedly thrilled to have accompanying him. Stuart Duncan, Sierra Hull, Jeff Taylor, Scott Mulvahill and Ron Block deliver a heartfelt and technically stunning rendition of this rousing gospel song written by J. W. Acuff and Emmett S. Dean in 1906 and later made popular by the Stanley Brothers. In the second set of this tour, Andrew, his band and guest artists perform his entire Christmas album, Behold the Lamb of God, which is an amazing, beautiful and worshipful event. The first set consists of a dazzling sampling of songs from some of the band's favorite artists. It feels like having friendly Nashville insiders bring you a pretty package of the music city's most delectable treats. Well, that's actually what it is.
