This is a showcase of a Realistic/Authentic Knight Build that prioritizes the combat mechanics, of Blocking & Guard Counters. Although difficult at times, this has got to be one of the most enjoyable playstyles I have ever done in my 2 years of playing Elden Ring. It's affective, it's challenging, but mainly it truely has that authentic Knight feel from the earlier Darks Souls titles. And Heavy Equip Rolls aren't that bad! They just take a while to get used to. I cannot recommend this playstyle enough, it will give you a completely fresh experience while waiting for the DLC.
