New framework to protect healthcare workers from abuse and harassment

Healthcare workers can soon be better protected against abuse and harassment. Singapore's three healthcare clusters are set to update their internal protocols based on a standardised set of guidelines by June next year. The framework provides all healthcare institutions with a common definition of abuse and harassment, as well as a consistent set of standards to safeguard their workers.
