I got you!! Once you have homemade Nutella, you will never go back! It tastes even better than the store-bought one! ℍ𝕠𝕞𝕖𝕞𝕒𝕕𝕖 ℕ𝕦𝕥𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕒 2-2.5c raw, hazelnuts, unpeeled 1c 70% cacao dark chocolate chips 1t pure vanilla extract ½t sea salt Instructions: — Roast hazelnuts for 10m at 350F. Let cool to room temp. — In highpower blender or food processor, blend hazelnuts for 5-6 min. Start on low speed, slowly increase speed as it turns to a smooth butter consistency. Scrape down sides every minute or as needed. — Melt chocolate chips on stovetop, or in microwave at 30s intervals. — Add melted chocolate, vanilla and salt to blender and blend until well incorporated, about 1 minute. — Pour into air tight container, enjoy a big spoonful, then store in the pantry! NOTE: you can use different chocolate chips, just know that they will affect the nutritional value of the nutella. For example, milk chocolate has a lot more sugar than dark chocolate. You do you!
