METHOD OF PREPARATION: Start with the preparation first. Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces. Cut the peppers into large pieces, the onion into thin half moons and the mushrooms into large pieces. In a preheated pot, pour a little oil and seal the chopped chicken for 1-2 minutes.
