The MySodexo Backoffice is a necessary tool to manage the orders of the Menu of the day made through the application. First I have to log into the MySodexo backoffice at https://admin.mysodexo.app/, log in with my credentials and select the restaurant I want to manage from the "Restaurants" option. Then I enter the order page, I choose the date that I want to see the list of orders made for that day. For each order, the type of service requested is indicated, for example, daily menu, take-away food, Lunchbox, etc. I can also view the pickup point, hours, customer name and email address, order composition, notes, and readiness status. Requests enter the system in a "pending" state. I can decide to change the status of a single order by clicking here or all orders by clicking select all and then indicate the desired status, for example, "in progress". Now all my orders appear in the "in preparation" status and users can no longer cancel them from the application, so we can start the preparation in the kitchen. I print my bill of materials with recipe list, received order list, and additional items that will accompany individual orders once prepared. Once the order preparation is complete, it changes the status to "ready" and when the user comes to pick it up, it changes its status to "withdrawn". It is also possible to cancel an order for exceptional reasons.
